These terms govern your use of OHelp's marketplace, mobile application, and website.
Marketplace relationship
OHelp is operated by Solomon Emmanuel Ngbowa, trading as OHelp. OHELP DIGITAL SERVICES LIMITED is the proposed business name and its registration is currently pending. OHelp provides a platform that helps customers connect with independent service providers and artisans. Providers are independent and are responsible for the services they offer and perform. OHelp is not the provider of a listed service unless OHelp expressly states otherwise.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate, current information and protect your login credentials. Use OHelp lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your profile, service, job, and payment information accurate.
Customer and provider responsibilities
Customers should describe jobs accurately, communicate requirements clearly, and honour agreed payment obligations. Providers should describe their skills and availability accurately, perform accepted work with appropriate care, and comply with applicable laws, licences, and professional requirements. Users of agent and referral features must provide accurate information and must not misuse referral codes, commissions, or marketplace records.
Jobs, bookings, pricing, and payments
Job details, applications, acceptance, pricing, and completion are managed through OHelp's marketplace workflows. Where available, payments may include deposits, held funds, platform fees, provider subscriptions, or payout processes. Payment processing is provided by Paystack or another supported payment service. Fees and payment terms presented in the applicable flow apply to that transaction.
Cancellations and disputes
Users should try to resolve concerns directly first. Eligible job disputes may be submitted through OHelp's available dispute process. OHelp may review relevant records and place affected funds on hold while a dispute is considered. Outcomes depend on the applicable facts, platform rules, and payment status.
Ratings and reviews
Reviews must be based on genuine marketplace experiences and must not be abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or manipulated. OHelp may remove or limit reviews that violate these terms or applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use OHelp for fraud, illegal services, harassment, false identities, payment abuse, attempts to bypass platform safeguards, unauthorised data collection, or conduct that threatens user safety or the integrity of the marketplace.
Suspension and termination
OHelp may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, platform rules, safety requirements, or applicable law have been violated. You may stop using OHelp at any time, subject to unresolved jobs, transactions, disputes, and required record retention.
Intellectual property and disclaimers
OHelp's platform content and branding are protected by applicable rights. Do not use them without permission. The marketplace is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, OHelp does not guarantee that a provider, customer, job, payment, or outcome will meet a particular expectation.
Changes and contact
